Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, inquiry type and message. For retail-account inquiries, you can also provide your business type, service address and beverage interests. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in a general message.

How we use your inquiry

We use the information you submit to respond, direct your request to the appropriate team and discuss the service, products or account assistance you requested. Sending a retail inquiry does not create or approve a retail account.

Forms and external services

Our contact forms are hosted by Jotform. Information submitted through them is processed by Jotform and made available to Romer Beverage. Jotform describes its handling of form submissions, technical information and cookies in its privacy policy.

Ordering, employment applications, delivery scheduling, maps, social media and brand links may take you to external services. Review the privacy notices on those services before sharing information. This notice does not replace their notices.
