Can I change the scheduled delivery day?

The scheduled delivery days and the next delivery date are displayed in the Account Information section at the top of the page and on the Getting Started tab.

If you want to change the scheduled delivery days, please contact the distributor. Click Help -> Contact Us or follow-up with your sales rep.

Can I view more items on the page?

On the Build Order tab, click (Hide/Show Account Info) on the right by the Cart Totals to toggle between displaying and minimizing the account information and shopping cart at the top of the page.

How do I find products that I haven't purchased before?

On the Build Order tab, click the Enter search term box and type a short description (for example, the brand, size, or vintage) or the item number for the item.

If you have previously ordered items with this search term, the Search results window appears as you type, displaying items that match the search term.

To view all items with this description, regardless of the order history, click the Search All Products button.

Click the View Only Items Previously Purchased checkbox to toggle between viewing all items and only those that have been purchased before.

The maximum number of items displayed when you search is 999.

How do I find products on deal?

On the Build Order tab, click the drop-down list for the Notes column. Hover over Filters and type the text used to indicate items on deal.

You can view which items are on deal, but you cannot view the details for the deal.

To clear the filters, clear the Filters checkbox.

How do I find products less than $10 (or another amount)?

On the Build Order tab, click the drop-down list for the Case Price or Bottle Price column, and do one of the following:

Click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending to sort the items by price.

Hover over Filters and type the price criteria (less than, greater than, and equal to) for the items you want to view.

To clear the filters, clear the Filters checkbox.

How do I find products that I haven't entered an order quantity for?

On the Build Order tab, click the drop-down list for the Case Qty or Bottle Qty column and click Sort Ascending. Items with an order quantity of zero are displayed at the top of the list.

When are final quantities and pricing for the order determined?

The quantities and pricing displayed in the shopping cart and in the email confirmation for the order are estimates.

Final quantities and pricing for the order are set when the distributor processes the orders and prepares the invoices for delivery.

How do I save an order I started and want to return to later?

From the Build Order tab or the Shopping Cart tab, click the Getting Started tab. The order is saved and appears in the Saved Shopping Carts section of the Getting Started tab for you to work with at a later time.

I order the same products every time. Can I set up an order that I can re-use?

On the Build Order tab, enter the order quantities for a typical order and click Save as Standing Order.

The next time you are building an order and want to use the starting quantities, click Load Standing Order. You can modify the quantities as needed.

The standing order is available to all of the users at your retailer. You cannot set up separate standing orders for each user.

I submitted an order, but I don't see it on the screen. How do I view orders that have been submitted?

When you click the Check Out tab, the order is submitted. You receive an email from the distributor confirming the order.

The submitted order does not appear on the Getting Started tab until the distributor has reviewed the order.

When the distributor has reviewed the order, the order appears in the New Orders section of the Getting Started tab.

We have old product that needs to be picked up. How do I enter a request for this?

You cannot enter a pick-up request with Retailer Order Entry. Contact your sales rep to request a pick-up.

Can I edit an order that I've already submitted?

Yes. Click the edit option for the order in the New Orders section of the Getting Started tab. Revise the order as needed.

When you submit the revised order, the original order is deleted and the revised order is processed as a new order. You receive an email from the distributor confirming the new order.

Can I delete an order that I've already submitted?

Yes. Click the delete option for the order in the New Orders section of the Getting Started tab.

You receive an email from the distributor confirming the order deletion.

Who do I contact with questions about my order?

Click Help -> Contact Us for details on how to contact the distributor with questions.

Can I change the format of the Build Order tab?

Yes. Do the following to configure how the Build Order tab appears.

Select the columns that appear. Click the drop-down arrow in the column heading, hover over Columns, and then click the checkboxes to select the columns you want to appear.

Change the order of columns. Click and hold the column you want to move and drag and drop the column to the new location.

Change the column width. Click and drag the boundary on the right side of the column heading until the column is the width that you want.

You can optionally save your page views to use the next time you login. Click the Customize drop-down list and then click Save View As…

From the View drop-down list, you can do the following with views:

Use a view that you previously saved. Select the option from the list.

Set a view as the default view. Select the option and then click Set as Default.

Return to the system default view. Click Default.
